We combine high-intensity intervals with strength and conditioning styles of training using sandbags, resistance bands, agility ladders, medicine balls and more. Work all major muscle groups and burn calories even beyond your workout.

    Bootcamp Etiquette

    • Be sure to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated and a towel to wipe off the sweat.
    • If class falls on a national holiday, a make-up class will be held on either a Tuesday or Thursday of the same week.
    • During the winter, if class falls on a school vacation, the program will be shortened and price adjusted.
    • All "4-week" packages expire at the end of the term purchased. Term begins at date of first scheduled class.
    • All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. You cannot gift any of your package classes to friends or relatives.
    • Bathrooms are not available at Bunker Hill Monument, but there is a bathroom in the Harvard Kent School when we are indoors for the winter.
